Engineering machinery water tank water tank cooling problem

Normally, the engineering machinery tank should be filled with antifreeze. The antifreeze has anti-rust and low freezing point. And the colder the area, the lower the freezing point of the antifreeze. Of course, the general inferior antifreeze concentration is very high and corrosive, engineering machinery series water tank, so it can be properly watered with a ratio of 1:1.

Usually, the replacement time of the antifreeze is preferably 2 years, and the 1 year 1 change is a little waste. Therefore, when it is found that the water level of the engineering machinery water tank is declining, the water leakage should be checked immediately, and the engineering machinery water tank should be welded, and the normal engine will not have less water.

(1) Inspection of radiator leakage The radiator leakage can be checked by air pressure method or water pressure method. The air pressure check is intuitive and convenient, so it is widely used. Before the leakage inspection, the surface of the radiator should be cleaned and the scale removed.

Check with the air pressure method, the automobile construction machinery water tank should be fastened with the rubber plug of the radiator inlet and outlet, and the radiator cover should be tightened. Connect the hose connected to the air compressor to the drain switch, connect a barometer to the pipe with a tee, and place the radiator in the clear water tank. Fill the radiator with compressed air when the pressure gauge reaches

At 25 to 30 kPa, observe whether there is a bubble, and if there is a bubble, it indicates that there is a hole or crack. If there are holes or cracks, there will be bubbles. It is necessary to carefully check the leaking parts, the Shenzhen engineering machinery water tank, and make a mark for repair.

(2) Inspection of radiator capacity When the internal fouling of the radiator is serious and the core tube is bumped or blocked, the capacity of the radiator will be reduced, which will affect the heat dissipation effect. Therefore, the capacity of the radiator should be checked during overhaul of the truck engine or after repair of the radiator.

When checking the heat sink capacity, the original cooling water in the radiator should be drained, the water discharge switch should be turned off, and the water can be added to the radiator by the meter. The difference between the added water volume and the standard capacity can be judged whether the heat sink capacity meets the requirements. The heat sink capacity reduction should generally not exceed 5%.
